Alexa Commands

1. Live Streaming

Discover new smart devices via the “Smart Home” menu in the Alexa App or Alexa voice control. Once the device is found, you can use the following voice commands to view the camera’s Live Stream.

  • “Alexa, show me [eufy device name]”
  • “Alexa, show my [eufy device name]”
  • “Alexa, show the [eufy device name]”
  • “Alexa, show [eufy device name]”

Say either of the following to stop viewing your camera’s Livestream.

  • “Alexa, stop”
  • “Alexa, go home”

Note: Your device’s name for example: “show me [eufy device name]” can be modified in the eufySecurity App. Every time you change your device’s name, you will need to discover this device again to update the name.

2. Voice Prompt of Doorbell

If you have connected the eufy doorbell with Alexa devices, there will be ringing messages automatically delivered to Alexa when someone rings the doorbell; then the device with Alexa will start playing the voice prompt 'someone is ringing the bell'.

3. Unlock and Lock the Smart Lock

If you have connected the eufy smart lock (need Wi-Fi bridge) with Alexa, then you can give the command to Alexa for lock and unlock by voicing your code.

  • "Alexa, unlock the [smart lock name]"
  • "Alexa, lock the [smart lock name]"

4. Turn On and Turn Off the Floodlight

You can use a voice command to turn on or off the eufy floodlight.

  • "Alexa, turn on the floodlight"
  • "Alexa, turn off the floodlight"
