If you fail to log in to EufyHome/EufyLife app, the issue may be due to the following reasons:

  1. Invalid Email address
  2. Account has not been registered
  3. Wrong password
  4. Network problem
 

Please refer to the following specific situations and their detailed troubleshooting steps:

 

  1. Invalid Email address

 

 

Cause: This error will be reported if the user does not enter the correct email account format.

 

Solution: Please enter an email account in the correct format. Email account + @identifier + Email domain name.

 

  1. Account has not been registered

 

 

Cause: If the user enters the account with a space added, the account will be recognized as unregistered.

 

Or please sign up using your email to create an account if the email has not been registered before.

 

Solution: Please pay attention to the space when entering the account, especially do not add spaces at the end of the account (the automatic input method will add a space, please delete it).

 

  1. Wrong password

 

 

Cause: This error will be reported if the password is entered incorrectly.

 

Solution: Please enter the correct password (length 8-20).

  • Select the eye icon on the right to show your password and confirm whether the password is entered correctly.
  • When entering the password, please check the uppercase and lowercase letters.

Cause: This error will be reported if the user's phone has no network signal or the network signal is poor.

 

Solution: Please switch to another available WiFi or use your device’s mobile data and make sure the network signal strength is strong and stable.
